A distinctive wine with elegance & complexity, aged in oak barriques, a kind of Rhône meets Burgundy in the blend. Can be drunk young but will keep and develop over several years, this is the top white from the Belle Mare estate next to Lake Thau, better known for their excellent Picpoul de Pinet, but all round generally great winemakers and lovely people to deal with (since about 2004)
