here's no clue on the label as to blend, but if Vianney & Emilie Castan haven't strayed too far from previous vintages, this is likely Grenache / Syrah at a ratio of 2:1 or thereabouts. Fresh, fruity AND juicy ? Nose certainly suggests it, with all three b-currants (black, blue and buffalo, as you ask) on the nose, and brambly red fruit on the palate, a little spice and a bit of furry tannin left on the finish
