Lovely, floral Muscat aromas & flavours, intensely honey sweet if given a bit of bottle age and can pair with just about anything except chocolate. Young, it's a bit more tangy and fruit-sweet, pairing well with northern hemisphere fruit desserts or as an aperitif or even winter warmer. It's a versatile wine and, like many of its ilk, generally much underappreciated and underpurchased in the current market
