Monopolio Montresor Valpolicella Ripasso Capitel della Crosara


Made by the Ripasso method, which involves adding unpressed skins from dried grapes used to make an Amarone to a young Valpolicella, for extra flavour and also as a way of making the wine referment to create extra alcohol, after which it is aged in oak casks and barriques.
