A premium wine from the new appellation of Oisly, into which part of this splendid estate falls. This was previously labelled Prestige d'Octavie. Fresh & zesty with great depth of flavour. We have always described their 'basic' Touraine Sauvignon as being Sancerre in all but a little geography, and for this wine Isabelle & Noë Rouballay use the older vines in the best part of the estate, generating extra body and intensity.
