With light whiff of acetate mixed in honey on the nose, this sits on the tongue with a prickle of acidity and opens in the palate to reveal crystalised fruit and stewed apple. The finish is less sweet and more Normandy cider but overall a lovely sweet wine that works well with fruit desserts or as an aperitif
