Light golden colour and crystal clean nose hints towards warmer climes, a bit of peach and honey. On the tongue, an initial grapefruit tang which, if left undisturbed for a bit, gives the sensation of a little pétillance and a fresh finish that never seems to go away. An excellent, just off-dry wine that would drink well with salads and cold meat
Not to be served too cold at that obscures many of its best characteristics
