Sampled first from bottle via ordinary glassware, and this came across as a bit tired, albeit perfectly pleasant. A subsequent bottle decanted into Riedel decanter then to Riedel glass (both gifts from a supplier : other suppliers please take note) had the diversity of a pungent tropical fruit nose with a palate not unlike aged white Rhone. Wants food and not one for further cellaring but paired well with Gala apples and Tesco dry roasted peanuts
