Nigel from Burgundy wrote :
The wine is a deep ruby colour, with notes of ripe black plum, raspberry, blackberry, and prune. It has pronounced aromas of cedar wood and spice (acquired from the oak-barrel maturation), violet, and figs. On the palate, the wine has a full body, with flavours of ripe black cherries and a hint of chocolate. The tannins are supple and savoury, which is well integrated with a long bramble finish. The Chateau Grand Pey Lescours 2015 is wonderful to drink now and will keep for 15 – 20 years
