Argentina wines from Rodney Fletcher Vintners wine merchants of Tunbridge Wells

Some years ago now we went 'out on a limb' and shipped direct from Argentina. The wines were a huge success but the quantities involved took a while to sell and, as we now no longer 'bond', it is not an exercise we feel able to repeat in the immediate future. In the meantime, after a long search, we have finally found a small selection of wines from Mendoza which, we feel, offer both a quality and value that we have hitherto been unable to find in the UK

Tesoro de los Andes Torrontes Chardonnay 2009, Mendoza                          5.44   65.33 made from fruit sourced from the estates of Bodegas Nieto Senetiner,                                a light, fresh & dry wine with some attractive floral spice and an exotic                                mix of orange blossom, elderflower & lychee on the palate

Finca del Alta Malbec Merlot 2009,  Mendoza                                                      5.20   62.39 easy drinking, great value blend with soft, plummy Malbec flavour

Tesoro de los Andes Malbec Shiraz 2009,  Mendoza                                            5.44   65.33 enticing, warm & generous wine from the high altitude vineyards                                        of Nieto Senetiner around Mendoza, flavours of dark fruit with                                             lovely savoury overtones

Kaiken Malbec 2008,  Mendoza                                                                        7.54   90.48 a full bodied wine made by Montes of Chile, this is a reserve Malbec,                                   deep purple colour, tangy, spicy fruit and light tannic structure

Minimum order is one case (of 12 bottles or equivalent) which may be mixed from any of our wines listed

Delivery is free for all orders within our own delivery area (currently London and most surrounding counties) and for 3+ case orders throughout the remainder of the UK, excluding Highlands & Islands (please enquire for rates). Orders of less than 3 cases sent by third party carrier will be charged at cost or below (around £5.20 per case excluding VAT)
